Before starting her entrepreneurial career, she worked 25 years for 7 multinational foreign healthcare companies, where she grew very fast and took over advanced leadership positions in Product Management, Business Development, Sales and Marketing, Country Management as well as Regional Business Development.

During the last five years of her corporate life, she was Country Manager of CR Bard and Lumenis Ltd. South Korea and responsible for multi-million dollars healthcare business.

As a Certified Professional Coach, she wants to share her knowledge based on her own professional experience with anyone who is preparing next challenges to be a great leader of their own life.

She is passionate about helping people to find their talents and their maximum potential.

SoJoung Yoon holds a BA (Hons) from Sookmyung Womens University and an Executive MBA (Cand.) from the University of Oxford/UK.
