Leading groups and organisations effectively are the challenge of any manager and key to organisational performance.
The skills needed for leadership have changed, but the majority of managers are still developed from on-the-job experiences. Even well-trained managers have become experts on the “what” of leadership but “newcomers” in the “how” of their own development.
A great time has been spent on knowing the main leadership competencies, and there is a difference between knowing what “good” leadership looks like and being able to do it.
Authentic leaders know who they are, know what they believe in and value and act on those values and beliefs openly. Therefore, the primary quality produced by authentic leadership is ethics and trust.
The Authentic Leadership module will help you to discover more about yourself and understand the advanced leadership frameworks and concepts based on case studies of Harvard Business School. It is designed for individuals who are leading teams and organisations. In a nutshell, it will
